From Peter Mushenko, Relationships Manager at the Adventist Development and Relief agency (ADRA).

Thank you so much again for the wonderful mangoes….

Christmas hampers were provided for 27 families representing 58 clients of the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Australia’s Community Centre at Blacktown, who come to us for free counselling and crisis relief. I have heard that they were so appreciated by those receiving Christmas hampers – and really added a special touch to the bond between these folk and our centre.

"It was a real blessing for me to be able to distribute them amongst our beneficiaries and supporters. It created a perfect opportunity to remind people of the work and ethos of ADRA in bringing joy to others and passing on the blessings we receive. I also appreciated having a great reason to shake hands with everyone in the building.

The photo shows the staff at Blacktown (Nancy Loman - Receptionist, Eddy Johnson - Centre Manager, Vivienne Fowler – Student Counsellor, Peter Mushenko – Relationships Mgr.) receiving the gift of mangoes to include with their Christmas hampers.
